#1 Heat your water to approx. 95°C
Boil your kettle and leave sitting for 30-60 seconds to cool down to this temperature before pouring.
#3 Steep tea for 4-5 minutes
The longer steeping time allows for more compounds and a stronger, more complex flavour to be released. Adjust your steep time based on your flavour preference.
